• Room pricing does not include 7% NJ Sales Tax, 5% NJ Occupancy Tax and 3% Neptune Hospitality Fee.
  
  
• Rates are based on double occupancy. Taxes and gratuities not included.

• Children over 12 are welcome. Please call for exceptions.

• We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking permitted on the lawn only.

• Sorry, no pets allowed. Sorry, even no service pets allowed.

• Check in 3pm – Check out 11am. Please call for early / late check in / out arrangements.

• One night deposit required to secure reservations. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

• Any damage to the your room or the property will be added to your bill.

• All charges for room balance, add-ons (beach passes etc.) will be charged to your credit card on file upon departure unless you choose otherwise.



• Please understand that we are a small boutique hotel and the loss of 1 room’s rent is substantial. Cancellations are accepted 14 days prior to your stay. Your deposit will be refunded within 5-7 days. Cancellations made within 14 days of the stay will result in the loss of the deposit unless the room is rebooked.
